Members support the programming of the Penn Alumni Club of Philadelphia. We do not receive any funds from Penn and we have all volunteer leadership.

It pays to be a member.

Members save money on tickets. For the Phillies game, members save $6 a person, so if you and a friend/ significant other attend, you'll save $12. Bring the whole family for even bigger savings. For the Ben Franklin Beer Tasting, it was $5 a person. For the annual Lacroix Chocolate Tasting, it's a $10 difference.

Members are invited to special events. The Morimoto Cocktail Hour - valued at a minimum of $25 per person, this event was a great way to meet other alumni, enjoy endless free food from Iron Chef Morimoto, and drink specials. The Cezanne exhibit was specially offered to our members and this popular event sold out quickly. This was a unique and wonderful opportunity for our members.

If you attended just the Morimoto event, Lacroix tasting, Ben Franklin Birthday beer tasting, and the Phillies game, you've saved more than the membership costs!
And this is just the beginning, as the Penn Alumni Club of Philadelphia has over 40 events a year! Join us in supporting our efforts to bring unique opportunities for meeting other alumni, networking, learning, and exploring Philadelphia.

Our members have attended spectacular events including Art Museum exhibits, sports events — such as the annual Penn vs. Princeton basketball game, happy hours, dinners, scotch/cognac tastings, and theatre productions — including Mask and Wig and Annenberg Productions. Your support in the past has enabled us to provide interesting speakers at events including Penn Professors, chefs, and artists. Other future events include exclusive restaurant events, a night at the opera and other concert performances. All events allow for opportunities to meet before of after the activity.
