On Friday, April 17, 2009 members of the Philadelphia Penn Alumni community were treated to a special event at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for the Cezanne & Beyond exhibition. Dr. Kathy Sachs (C’69), Co-Curator of the exhibition and Penn Trustee, led a private preview discussion of Cezanne’s work and is influence in art. After the reception, attendees were able to gather in the Grand Hall of the museum where they were able to mingle over some light refreshments and appetizers over some live jazz music.
