On the evening of Monday, August 17th, Penn families met in the Bryn Mawr Public Library to discuss a very important topic: Penn Admissions. Greeted by representatives of the Penn Alumni Club of Philadelphia and the Alumni Council on Admissions (ACA), these Penn alumni came to hear about Penn – what was different, what was the same, and how their children could eventually join the ranks of Penn Alumni. An incredibly informative session of “MythBusters” – common myths about the admissions process – was followed by a Q&A session where parents and students alike peppered the ACA staffers with even more questions. We hope to see these families at future Penn Alumni Club of Philadelphia events!
